Corabel Capital is a strategic advisory firm that works with both pre-IPO and public companies in a range of capacities.  Additionally, the firm operates as a family office - investing in both public and private markets.  Primary investment focus is around the areas we know best - Advertising, eCommerce/marketplaces, SaaS, FinTech, Travel and Consumer.

 Corabel’s “True North” is to add value with every interaction and tries to do so by providing differentiated insights on transformative shifts reshaping industries, business models, and consumer behavior.

    Our view is that, if investors do not lose sight of the forest for the trees, is where the greatest opportunities to generate returns exists.  We are more focused on broader themes, highlighting things that might be missed be Wall Street and operating businesses. As a recovering Sell-side analyst at Pivotal Research, we believe that

    1) less-is-more

    2) everybody’s inbox/social media feeds are full

    3) only write things that will be incrementally helpful, and respect everybody’s time.

    We share our views judiciously, but do not, nor will ever make overt public market recommendations.

Michael Levine

CEO & Managing Director

Michael Levine is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in investment management and business operations.

His career spans senior roles in hedge fund management, sell-side research, and corporate strategy, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results. He has held leadership positions at prominent investment firms and technology companies, where he has specialized in identifying market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and advising management teams. While at Pivotal, he frequently appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg and was often quoted in both the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s.

Michael serves on the Board of Advisors to Vidmob.

Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, scuba diving, playing guitar, surfing, and cooking, and is fluent in Japanese.
